They must arrive in Palma Rubia before 10:00 AM (departure time of the boat). They will be attended by the Receptionist, who will provide a brief explanation of the Hotel's services, as well as other information of interest to the client. The voucher will be checked and the return time of the transfer will be at 5:00 PM

Upon arrival at Cayo Levisa you will be received in the Hotel lobby with a non-alcoholic welcome cocktail (alcohol can be added at the request of the client) and you will be able to enjoy a small-format musical group (musical duo).

Hikers will enjoy:

- Buffet Lunch with Assisted Service at Paraíso Restaurant during service hours from 12:00 to 03:00 PM, which includes 2 nationally produced liquids
